  1. Apply by Friday 23 October. Two minutes on your phone.
  2. I read every one and pick the ten where four hours will do the most good.
  3. You hear from me by Friday 30 October, picked or not.
  4. I come to you. All ten done by Friday 18 December, well before the shakers come out.
  5. Not picked? You can still book one at A$2,000.
